How I Work

I work with adults aged 18 and over, offering a range of counselling options tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Appointments can be face to face, either in a counselling room or outdoors known as walk and talk, but if you prefer, I can work with you online. (more about each approach can be found below)

Each setting provides a unique space and atmosphere to support your personal growth and well-being. So whether you feel most at ease in a private room, walking out doors or online, my aim is always the same — to help you feel connected, resilient, and empowered.

As a integrative counsellor I blend a range of counselling approaches, such as Person- Centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy and Mindfulness, to meet your individual needs.  You may also wish to use a range of creative techniques, such as drawing, journaling, sand tray work, poems and story to explore your feelings and to promote body awareness. 

 My counselling qualifications, combined with a BA, Hons in photography, a forest school practitioner qualification, tarot therapy training, and life skills allows me to offer a blend of approaches to make your counselling journey unique.

 

 

Face to Face 

Sessions take place in a traditional counselling room, offering a safe space to explore personal challenges.

Face to Face Outdoors- Walk and Talk

This option blends traditional talking therapy with the restorative experience of walking outdoors. 

Together, we walk side by side through natural surroundings, using the environment as a supportive and grounding backdrop.

We can walk together in settings near Kingsbridge or Totnes

Time spent in nature can ease stress, deepen mindfulness, and boost emotional well-being, offering a soothing counterbalance to the pace of modern life.

Sessions are delivered via Google Meets platform or over the phone, allowing you to attend sessions from any location.
